These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the SWOP app and website.

1. Acceptance

By using SWOP, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have permission from a legal guardian to use SWOP.

3. Use of the Service

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information
• Not use SWOP for unlawful purposes
• Not abuse or misuse the platform

4. Payments and Offers

Any payments made or received via the platform are subject to our offer and refund policies, which are visible in-app.

5. Item Pickup

Due to storage limitations, any items that you wish to take back must be picked up by 6pm the day after you receive your offer. Any items not picked up within that timeframe will be donated to our charity partner. Any pick-up extension requests will not be accepted. If you are unable to visit the store by 6pm the day after receiving the offer and wish to pick-up remaining items, you should not proceed with check-in at this time.

6. Account Deletion

You may delete your account through your settings or by contacting us at [email protected]. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our terms.

7. Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of SWOP constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
